Returns and Refunds Policy

What you need to know:

  • You have 30 days to return an item
  • Refund will be processed within 7 days
  • We don’t charge any restocking fees
  • You have to cover the return shipping costs
  • We do accept exchanges

Return Process and Information

We are sorry that you want to return an item, but keep in mind that there are a few rules and important information when it comes to returning an item. You can return it within 30 days of the delivery date; if you request a return after that, we won’t be able to accept it anymore. To start the process, simply contact us at info@sophiegems.com and you will receive more detailed information.

Keep in mind that the item has to be unused and with all the original tags still attached, otherwise it will not be accepted. Once you pack the item, send it back to us at your own expense using a reliable courier so the package won’t get lost or damaged. Do not worry, as we will not charge you any restocking fees.

Receiving Refund

As soon as the returned item arrives back to us, we will inspect it and refund you the original amount to the same bank account that you used to pay for the order. It may take up to 7 days, so please be patient. Let us know if it doesn’t arrive in time, and we will look into it.

What if You Just Want to Exchange an Item

That is absolutely doable — just send us an email at info@sophiegems.com and let us know which item you want to exchange it for, and we will help you with the whole process. Bear in mind that the same rules apply as if you were returning the item.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, it is possible — but you have to inform us quickly. If an order has already been sent out to you, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore. To cancel an order, simply send us an email at info@sophiegems.com — it’s as simple as that.

What to Do if the Product You Received Has an Issue

We apologize for this inconvenience, but mistakes can happen — sometimes the wrong product is sent, or it may get damaged during delivery. If any of this happens, just take a photo of the issue and contact us at info@sophiegems.com, and we will help you resolve it.
